REVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Picolo Drinks Festival, MOULD Cheese Festival, Pinot Palooza and any event held under the REVEL banner at it’s HQ (“The Event”), is owned in it’s entirety and operated Revel Global Pty Ltd (“The Event Organiser”.)

2. Registrations
a) Registrations for the event are extended in the first instance to previous participants who have first right of refusal. After the nominated deadline, registrations are then open for new participants. All registrations will be accepted at the discretion of the Event Organiser and subject to available positions.
b) The Event Organisers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to accept or decline any registration from any person into the Event.
c) The Event Organisers reserve the right to remove any persons from the Event where they consider it necessary to do so, for health and safety, compliance or other reasons.

3. Compliance
a) Participants must be 18 years or over to participate the Event and (where relevant) hold a valid, nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or valid in the state in which the event is held. All RSA materials must be provided to the Event Organisers by the requested date. Failure to do so will result in the participant being non-compliant and risk removal from the Event.
b) Liquor Licensing and council permit requirements vary depending on the state. The Event Organiser provides information regarding such requirements in the ‘Exhibitor Bible’ distributed to all participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have read and understood the licensing requirements.
c) Participants are required to hold Public Liability Insurance for up to $10million and submit copy of Certificate of Currency to the Event Organiser upon request,

4. Food & Beverages
a) Participants are responsible for ensuring they are equipped with the appropriate quantity of food/beverage relative to the size of the event attendees. The Event Organiser provide guidelines in the ‘Exhibitor Bible’ distributed to all participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to prepare for the event.
b) The Event Organiser does not take responsibility for any product/stock provided by the participant.

5. Fees & Commission
a) Full payment is required to confirm your registration in the Event. Failure to pay invoice by the required date will result in the removal of the participant from the Event.
b) Participants are required to use the method of payment (Square) as set out by the Event Organisers.POS equipment will be provided by the Event Organiser and all sales income will be distributed, less commission payable, to the Participant within 48hours of the event closing.

6. Refunds
Refunds will not be granted due to participant’s cancellation (within 3 months of the Event date), failure to participate or dissatisfaction by the participant. Late withdrawal from our events within 4 weeks from event start date will incur a fee of $300.

7. Communication
All Event communication will be made via email, Facebook and/or event website. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address at the time of registration.

8. Collateral
The Event Organiser has the right to refuse any messaging or branding displayed on or with participants on Event Day that is deemed offensive or in conflict with the integrity of the Event, Event Organiser, Event sponsors and/or partners.

9. Changes to the Event
The Event Organiser reserve the right to alter or amend the Event venue due to inclement weather and/or extreme heat and other operational needs prevailing at the time and these decisions are always made in the interest of participant’s safety and best interest.

10. Event Cancellation and Force Majeure
a) In the unlikely instance that the event is cancelled participants will notified within a reasonable time frame and participation fees will be refunded.
b) If any event is rendered impossible by reason of force majeure or any law, order, decree, rule or regulation of any governmental or other authority or for any other reason whether of a similar or dissimilar nature beyond the control of the parties (except inclement weather in the case of an outdoor venue) then neither party shall have any claim for damages against the other.

11. COVID-19
The Participant is responsible for complying with any government order regarding COVID-19, including but not limited to ensuring all and any employees, contractors and / or volunteers are vaccinated if applicable.

12. Third Party Suppliers
Without limiting the foregoing, the Event Organisers are not responsible for third party suppliers of services such as hotels, restaurants, or transportation companies.

13. Intellectual Property
Ownership of all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all information, material, tools, documents, presentations, specifications, data and anything else generated in course of executing the Event (“The IP”) vests in the Event Organiser.

14. Confidential Information
Neither party shall disclose any confidential information relating to the other party obtained during the course of providing the services relating to the Event, to anyone (except its relevant advisors, employees or contractors). The Event Organiser assumes the right to use references in proposals, communications or submissions made to other prospective clients or otherwise.

15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the participant indemnifies the Event Organisers, its directors, employees and representatives from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities or costs (including legal costs) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the provision of the services relating to the Event.

16. Participant Waiver
I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

a) I have carefully read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Participation;

b) I consent to the publication of any photographs taken of me before, during and after the Event for the purpose of promotion of the event, and I consent to my email and mailing addresses and details being added to any mailing lists used by the Event Organiser.

All information in this form is correct at time of release but may be subject to change.
